Account, plans, billing, acceptable use, data limits, and service terms.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. Product and customers
WeWorkBuddy Pick Topic is an evidence-based topic research SaaS for independent AI creators, developer-relations teams, content marketers, product researchers, and small growth teams.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect passwords and recovery codes, and remain responsible for account activity. Do not share access, evade limits, or attack the service.
3. Plans and prices
- Explorer: USD $0; 5 saved topics, 20 tasks, and 3 assessments/month.
- Creator Monthly: USD $19/month; 50 saved topics, 200 tasks, and 20 assessments/month.
- Creator Annual: USD $190/year; save $38 versus twelve monthly payments. Annual checkout will be available when production billing opens.
Waffo checkout currently runs in sandbox mode and charges no real funds. Production checkout will show currency, period, tax, and final total.
4. Renewal, cancellation, and refunds
Production subscriptions renew monthly or annually unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period. Except where law or checkout terms require otherwise, started periods are generally not prorated for unused time.
5. Features and use cases
- GitHub Trending, Product Hunt, community questions, releases, procurement, and capital signals.
- Structured opportunity analysis, source health, theme clusters, and evidence limits.
- Private bookmarks, tasks, reviewed evidence, niche scoring, and growth scoring.
- English and Chinese interfaces with Markdown and JSON export.
Use cases include content planning, product-opportunity screening, competitor monitoring, interview preparation, procurement bid/no-bid, and research-asset management.
6. Data limits
Materials, clusters, labels, and scores prioritize research. They are not search volume, investment or legal advice, and do not guarantee traffic, revenue, or success. Users must verify sources, eligibility, intellectual property, and business decisions.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in private research and grant only the permission needed to provide, host, and back up the service. Third-party titles, summaries, and links remain with their owners.
8. Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful or infringing material, bulk-copy protected articles, collect private data, distribute malware, evade security, or interfere with others.
9. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”; sources may lag, fail, or be wrong. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
10. Termination, changes, and disputes
Material violations, security risk, or law may lead to suspension. Material feature, price, or term changes will receive reasonable notice; price changes apply to future periods. Contact support first for disputes. Applicable law depends on the operator, user location, and mandatory consumer rules.
