D = 100 × [0.6 × min(Q/20, 1) + 0.4 × min(U/10, 1)]. Q is current-week unique demand questions; U is unique authors. N = 0.4D + 0.4 × 100(1 − A/S) + 0.2F. A is effective answers, S is the reviewed sample, and F is researcher-rated fit from 0–5 scaled to 0–100. Gates: Q≥5, U≥3, S≥20.
Growth
For earlier E, previous P, current C weekly questions: r = (C−P)/P. M = 100 × clamp(log₂(max(1,1+r)),0,1). T = 50 × [I(P>E)+I(C>P)]. G = 0.5M + 0.2T + 0.3D. Gates: E≥10, P≥10, Q≥5, U≥3. Q must equal C.
Calibration and interpretation
Initial weights have not been backtested. A score of 70 or above suggests research priority, 40–69 suggests gathering evidence, and below 40 suggests observation. None establishes commercial success.
