arXiv:2610.30445v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making introduce significant challenges related to safety, alignment, accountability, and human oversight. Existing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) and responsible AI approaches provide important foundations, but many remain fragmented across system design, governance, and oper

arXiv:2610.30443v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Multi-task generalization is an important yet underexplored problem in multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL). Many real-world applications require multi-agent systems to generalize across complex, temporally extended tasks with diverse inter-agent coordination requirements. We introduce a specification lang

SGUR
arXiv:2610.30611v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Scaling large language models has substantially improved linguistic fluency, yet reliable autonomous agents require more than fluent generation. In multi-turn inference, current agentic systems often produce semantically plausible but structurally ungrounded reasoning, especially under incomplete observations.

Scaling Therapy Supervision
arXiv:2610.28772v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Psychotherapy fidelity assessment measures how faithfully a therapist adheres to a treatment protocol, a critical determinant of positive patient outcomes. However, fidelity assessment is bottlenecked by manual expert review, rendering the process labor-intensive and unscalable. To scale therapy supervision and

arXiv:2610.30154v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Nonlinear recurrent networks remain useful for streaming sequence modeling, yet gated cell design is still dominated by LSTM and GRU. We study whether recurrent computation can be reallocated away from gate transforms and toward candidate generation. We propose baseVultra, a compact recurrent cell that concentr

StochIKM
arXiv:2610.29122v1 Announce Type: new Abstract: Individual patient data are the gold standard for secondary analysis of time-to-event evidence, but they are rarely released, and reconstruction from a published Kaplan-Meier figure could help. Existing methods all claim high fidelity, each judged by whichever agreements it happens to achieve, and each returns
