[问与答] 踏马的，上海联通宽带上行被限速到 5mbps，何解？
家里千兆宽带，上行买了加速包，200mbps ，各种测速网站都没问题，外网通过各种方式连接 nas 都只有 600 多 kb/s ，有 pt 但是现在用的很少了，基本不怎么下载了。其他大数据传输都没用，就这还把我限速了。投诉有用么，希望有过来人说下经验。
