给女朋友做了一个最易用且专业的 AI 长文写作 Agent：Prose 大家好，我在做 Prose https://prose-ai.cn ，一个写论文、报告、书稿、小说等的桌面 AI 写作工具。 起因特别简单。女朋友要写论文，找我帮忙！作为程序员的我哪懂？于是我帮女朋友安装了我常用的 Cursor （那个时候还没有 WorkBuddy/Codex ），让她这个 IT 小白试一下。没想到，一发不可收拾，她写了一篇后就再也离不开了，说什么都不愿意自己再手动写了。我只能持续订阅 Cursor 给她用。 但是 Cursor 主要还是程序员用的多，对于小白来说还是有一定学习门槛，以及里面有不少概念比如模型选择、上下文压缩、skill 等等，小白根本不懂也不想懂。 因此，我决定做一个适合小白的专业写作的 Agent： Prose 。 四条设计原则 AI 是编辑，不是代笔。 它只改稿子，改哪儿都得你点头。它可以追着你问、挑毛病，但观点得是你自己的。 能核对的才算数。 改动要看得到 diff ，文献要能点开原文。 交付物是文件。 最后要交的是 Word 、是 PPTX ，那就直接给能交的文件。 别让
