[分享创造] 分享最近做的两个小程序 - 心愿档案室 & 本地工具箱

1 、心愿档案室起因是今年 6 月份身边的人突发恶疾，想着人生短暂，总有一些期待完成的事情会给人以希望。 2 、本地工具箱这个工具很早就做了。最近经常坐火车，但是信号非常不好，加了几个娱乐工具。当然也有一些实用工具，有 v 友需要的工具也可以酌情添加上去。
