[程序员] 升级 opencode V2 以后，发现 opencode 已经移除了添加自定义提供商界面

现在如果要第三方中转站，无法通过图形界面完成 api 地址和 api 密钥配置。用户需要自行配置 C:\Users\xxx.config\opencode 下的 opencode.jsonc 文件。
