账号 7 ，8 个月前注册的，但一直都没有完成 payment 设定，28 号美亚的账号做了设置，绑了美区的电话号码, payment method 在 29 号挂上了民生 VISA 双币带芯片卡，1 刀授权即时扣成功， 即时下单买了一张 apple gift 卡试水，order 成功(但信用卡无发生扣款)； 30 分钟左右收邮件被 hold on 了账号，根据提示交了对账单和护照资料，6 小时后，账号恢复; 今天 1 月 1 号，现在 order details 还是提示 Processing ，订单选项也没有取消的操作项，就一直卡在那里; 这个是操作逻辑次序出了偏差，需要电话去客服那边手工干预？ 还是万圣节的原因？ 1 刀的授权款也还未退...
